The factory expansion is now finally complete. All new machines have been installed with new and existing staff fully trained to operate them meaning our production has increased by a massive 30%. Making such huge changes during our busiest months has brought challenges to the table not to mention some very testing situations however due to an ever expanding customer base and increased market for quality transfers it was unrealistic to wait for a quiet period (something which is seeming evermore unlikely).
